Can I supply a residential, business or PO Box?
HawksNest sends all articles using receipted delivery services so your order can be tracked once dispatched. This service requires the parcel to be signed for upon delivery. Therefore, we request that the delivery address specified be a destination where deliveries can be received with someone present between the hours of 9am-5pm.
You can provide any residential, business or PO Box - we cannot to ship to Armed Forces Addresses or Private Parcel Lockers.
For items readily available in stock, HawksNest will dispatch your order within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, we anticipate delivery to Australian locations within 4-5 business days and delivery to International locations within 20-24 working days. Should any item within your order be on pre-order or backorder, we will dispatch to you ASAP on arrival.
A signature will most likely be required on delivery. Should no-one be home to accept your parcel, we recommend delivery to a workplace or alternate address. If you provide us with Post Office Box details, we may contact you to arrange an alternate delivery address, depending on the size of the order being delivered to you.
If our freight carrier is unsuccessful in delivery to you on more than one occasion, the package may be returned to our warehouse. In the unlikely event that this occurs, to re-send your parcel, an additional freight charge may need to be applied prior to resending.
Your order will be delivered by one of our partner carriers including Australia Post e-parcel, Couriers Please or TNT depending on your selected products, your item’s origin and your choice of delivery method.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking ID on how to follow your order’s journey to your door. Please allow 12 hours (after shipping occurs) for your parcel to register the tracking ID against your order, before attempting to track your parcel.

In the event an attempt by our carriers is made without delivery, a card may be left stating that your parcel is ready to pick-up at your local post office.
If your order consists of framed memorabilia or any personalised products, please note these will arrive to you separately to other items. These products are dispatched from various 3rd party locations.
